Stephaine Courtney
<p><!--block-->Stephaine recently joined our team as the Center Director at our Shasta Way KinderCare. Passion and love for children has brought her to the Shasta KinderCare Learning Center where she hopes to create an environment of learning through play. Stephaine believes that children need new experiences daily through intentional instruction delivered by Educators. Stephaine has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum, training and intervention from infancy to school age. Stephaine received her bachelor's from Whitworth University and then graduated from Ashford University to complete her master's in education. She is currently on an exciting journey to complete her Doctorate in Education where she hopes to make a difference and how educators lead in early childhood education. Stephaine believes in Empowering Families in Spokane Community through coaching, family socials and empowerment groups. Children inspire her to dig deeper to learn about how can we build health children and grow health environments for them to succeed.</p>

Ms. Cayleigh
<p><!--block-->Ms. Cayleigh has been working at Shasta Way KinderCare since the Fall of 2013 and has been the Preschool Teacher since June 2014. Toward the end of May 2015, Ms. Cayleigh received her child development associate from Rasmussen College. In the preschool classroom, the children participate in Music & Me everyday. Music & Me is a carefully planned curriculum that celebrates the importance of music and movement to the development of young children; the preschoolers love it! In Ms. Cayleigh's classroom, the students practice independent work by doing projects on their own by making their own choices and by problem solving with very little help. Ms. Cayleigh believes in having good communication with her students parents and guardians to help further the students education in class. Because of that, in October 2014, Ms. Cayleigh received a Relationship service Award from the Center Director. Overall, Ms. Cayleigh loves teaching fun new things to her eager-to-learn preschoolers every day!</p>

Ms. Shalom
<p><!--block-->Ms. Shalom is our Toddler Teacher! Prior to her joining our team in 2012, she worked with the Head Start program. You will find her singing and dancing with her kids in her classroom. She also sings with them in Spanish. Ms. Shalom is extremely patient and caring. During her free time you will find her either reading or writing.</p>
