Hi there! I am originally from Oregon and spent a great deal of my childhood along the beaches and streams in the area.
After leaving the military, I began my career in digital production and marketing in the Midwest (where my husband is from). I’ve been in this industry over 25 years now and I’m thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest.
I was so excited to be asked to establish a digital marketing agency for such a remarkable, community focused organization as The Spokesman-Review. Triple-Nine Digital is founded on the very same principles that have made The Spokesman a trusted and integral part of our area for over 137 years. For us to be a part of that and be able to help our local businesses put their best foot forward with their marketing efforts is icing on the cake!
When I’m not in the office, you will most likely find me enjoying my other passions – my family and the beach.
Hunter grew up on the westside in the town of Sammamish. Following in his family’s footsteps, he is a proud graduate of Central Washington University. He doesn’t have a good football team, so (GO COUGS, sorry UW fans). He most recently worked with the sales team at Hello Fresh, helping them grow in the Seattle/Spokane area.
He also takes on the role of VP in managing his family’s non-profit called “The End Brain Cancer Initiative.”
He is definitely an outdoor enthusiast, spending his free time skiing and golfing. He is by no means an expert in either, but he does love the challenge of learning new skills. Football is his go-to sport to watch (GO HAWKS), and his favorite food is sushi.
I’m from the Midwest, grew up in California and graduated from CSU Chico where I majored in graphic design & marketing. I’ve worked at advertising agencies in Sacramento, Oakland, San Francisco and Spokane. I’ve also worked in-house for companies like Crescent Jewelers, Jelly Belly and Kimmel Athletic.
I’m driven by the unique marketing challenges business owners have. I enjoy implementing effective strategies using creative content that gets results. I love getting outside and enjoying everything the PNW has to offer.

What is Geofencing, and How Can It Help Me?
Not to be mistaken for geographic targeting, geofencing is a campaign that prompts a response when someone enters a defined area at a certain time or date. For instance, if a bakery wanted to offer their goods to people who specifically work near their location, they could use a geofencing campaign to set the days (workdays), times (4am-7am) and only target those driving or walking into their set geographic perimeter (for this case we will say .5 miles around their shop location), to allow people to start seeing deals as they are browsing the internet, checking the email, or checking social media. Geofencing lets businesses take advantage of customer’s immediate needs and more establish themselves in their community.
What is Google Map Advertising?
Another form of advertising based on geographic location is Google Map Advertising. This tool can be used by connecting your Google My Business listing to your Google Ads campaigns, which allows you to display ads in the maps section of search that match your other Google Ads. As everyone knows Google Maps is utilized constantly both on desktop and even more so on mobile devices. On the app you can bid for the single placement for the advertising slot that appears over the organic results. What is Waze Advertising?
Waze Advertising is another map program owned by Google. On waze there are multiple different ad options to take. They are Branded Pins, Promoted Search, and Zero-Speed takeovers, that are part of an advanced Waze ad program. Each of these programs offers different capabilities, but all are driven by either your current location or your destination.
